*Should you prefer another style of music for your ceremony, we would be happy to contract a musician(s) at an additional fee. If you would like to bring in musicians of your own, this is permitted.

  • Access to Bournelyf grounds, including: Manor House, Sanctuary, Walti Room, Grotto, Labyrinth, etc.

  • Ample Parking

  • Clean Up Services

osbourne | on-site Ceremony preparation ONLY
  • Three (3) Hours of Rental Time

  • Use of Manor House First Floor Parlor, Dining Room, Foyer, Second Floor Dressing Rooms and Restrooms

  • Clean Up Services

Bailey | Wedding ceremony only

  • Pre-Ceremony Walkthrough

  • One (1) Hour Rehearsal 

  • Two (2) Hours of Rental Time 

  • Seating for up to 115 Ceremony Guests (in Barn)
